By using our services, you acknowledge that Hotel Seagull Puri acts strictly as a Third-Party Booking Agent. The final service contract for accommodation is between the guest and the hotel property.

Payments are processed through secure channels. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the service, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. As an intermediary, we may charge a nominal service fee for managing your reservations.
4. Limitation of Liability
Hotel Seagull Puri is not responsible for any issues related to the physical condition of the hotel, service quality, or any incidents occurring at the hotel premises. Any complaints regarding the stay must be taken up directly with the hotel management at Marine Drive Road, Puri.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
