Refund & Cancellation

Agent Facilitation Disclosure

As a Third-Party Booking Agent, Hotel Seagull Puri facilitates cancellation requests between the guest and the hotel. All refunds are subject to the hotel's individual policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested via email or our WhatsApp support line. The eligibility for a refund depends on the timing of your request. Generally, cancellations made 72 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a refund, subject to the specific room category and peak season rules of the hotel.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional rates or last-minute deals are marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of booking. As an agent, we are bound by the hotel's decision, and no refunds can be processed for these specific reservations once confirmed.

3. Refund Processing

Once a cancellation is approved by the hotel property, the refund will be initiated. Please note that it typically takes 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method. Any agency service fees charged at the time of booking may be non-refundable.

4. No-Show Policy

In case of a "No-Show" (failure to arrive at the hotel without prior cancellation), the entire booking amount will be forfeited as per the hotel's standard operating procedure. We, as your booking agent, cannot intervene in no-show cases.

5. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics, refunds are strictly handled according to the specific guidelines issued by the hotel management at the time of the event.
